The 2010 Rally will be a Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) event covering about 400 miles of paved scenic back-roads in the Blaine - Bellingham area of Washington State.

The Rally is open to both classic (pre-1977) and contemporary cars.

The rally will be centered near Blaine, Washington with the Semiahmoo Resort serving as the host hotel. 

This will be the 18th annual running of the rally.  To date, the rally has raised over $180,000 to benefit deserving students through services provided by the nonprofit College Planning Network.
